Before booking
The age limit for making a booking is 18 years.
A minor (under 18 years of age) may not check in and/or spend the night alone without a parent/guardian/other adult.
Prices are listed including VAT unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation policy

Payment terms
Payment is made before arrival online or on site during check in.
We can not invoice abroad.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 14.00. Check-out no later than 11.00.
Late arrival
The room is reserved for arrival no later than 18.00 on the day of arrival.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking after 18.00 on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Liability in the event of damage
In the event of damage or smoking in rooms and other spaces where smoking is not permitted, the guest will be charged the cost.
Disable adapted rooms
The hotel has disable adapted rooms, let us know when booking if you will require it.
Pets
If you wish to bring pets, let us know when booking. The hotel has pet-friendly hotel rooms.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s public areas.
Luggage room
Do not leave your luggage unattended in the hotel’s public areas. Talk to our staff if you wish to store your luggage.

Please take note where emergency exits and fire extinguishers are located in the event of a fire. The information can be found on the inside of your hotel room door.
