– It may also occur that after the stay we send you a questionnaire, where we ask you to answer questions about your stay; this is in order to assist us in making our services even better. – Manage and register the purchase of gift certificates and vouchers

PAYMENT TERMS FOR ONLINE BOOKING
When you book online the full amount is paid incl. any extra charges in connection with the reservation.
Payment is made by credit card via Nets. If payment is not made, the booking will be cancelled automatically.
When payment is complete and approved, the booking is guaranteed and a confirmation will be sent to the selected e-mail address.
Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before arrival. In case of no-show no amount will be refunded.
